THE CHALLENGE

SAM-Drive is a shared shuttle service for families. In 2016, three people were managing a fleet of three vehicles over the phone and using Excel. The right software platform will enable the same team to manage 30 vehicles.

THE SOLUTION

Enspirit follows a Lean Startup approach, in close collaboration with the CEO, his team, and technical service providers. We have led from the design to the hosting of the online order site, client and driver apps, backoffice, and route optimizer.

THE CHALLENGE

RankTrail is an auditing and management SEO software. The SaaS architecture was too complex and the client was dissatisfied with their technical team. It was necessary to take control of the code, maintain the service, but redevelop certain modules for better stability and user experience.

THE SOLUTION

Merging six code repositories allows us to take control with our proven DevOps techniques. Gradually, we simplify and replace certain modules, in continuous integration and under constant monitoring of all key indicators.

Flair Diligence is a supplier due diligence platform. There was a need for building a new team and SaaS product from scratch within a highly qualified company in data science and artificial intelligence but in need of software agility.

THE SOLUTION

We took the lead on defining the product and user experience, architecture and DevOps. We trained the newly hired technical team in our Agile culture, and they gradually took the lead under our attentive coaching.
